The room was really large and had a breathtaking view. We had hot water for about 15 min then none after that. The tvs didn’t work properly. Wasn’t the cleanest other tbe. That it was great

Great view of Sea
Was an excellent suite. Two full bathrooms (master with tub and hallway with shower). Huge balcony with large table and fantastic view. Breakfast buffet was basic stuff (less than the extensive ones found at the more popular properties which costs more). Pool was closed due to fall p/winter.

Excessivement cher pour le niveau de prestation proposé. Hôtel un peu vieillissant mais entretien correct. J’ai réservé une grande suite 2 chambres + salon et j’ai obtenu une chambre double ! Atout majeur : vue exceptionnelle plongeante sur la mer avec grande terrasse spacieuse. Chambre et salle de bains passable. Literie insatisfaisante. 2 ascenseurs pour desservir plus de 100 chambres…

Poor service poor hotel avoid !
The guy from the reception was rude didn’t recognise the ********** gold benefits and say “we don’t know it so we won’t except it and wast not willing to check (upgrade of the room the hotel was empty)
The room was dirty many flys and pieces of food under bed and sofa. There is no baby bath to the room , the pool was close because of holiday so they closed also the erea around so there was no place to sit , the kid club is a joke there is nothing inside better not write kids clubs .
It’s not beach hotel there is no way to get to the beach it’s on the cliff the nearest beach is 30 min walking!!! and there is no aces to old people or strollers !!!, was nightmare

Family vacation at the beach in Netanya.
The view was amazing from the 16th floor. Pool was empty so no swimming.Elevator to beach did not work so had to walk over a mile to find a beach. Breakfast was ok but not spectacular like most hotels in Israel. I would not term the suites as luxurious but the price of a room was expensive.

נוף יפה אבל לא שווה את התמורה למחיר!
היינו חבורה של 4 חברות. שכרנו סוויטה שהייתה מוכנה ל2 בלבד. החדר הנו היה נעול ולא מוכן כשנכנסו. 2 כוסות מים, 2 כוסות לקפה. המקרר ריק מכל בשירותים אין כוסות למברשות שיניים מה שמאד בסיסי בימנו. הכל בחדר הרגיש מאד מיושן, היה קושי בלפתוח את החלון של המרפסת
הנוף מדהים הבריכה סבבה אבל החדר אוכל מרגיש כמו בונקר מתחת לאדמה. לא חבל שיש מלון מול הים אז כבר לעשות חדר אוכל בקומה שרואים את הים? ארוחת בוקר הייתה מאכזבת וסתמית ומאד לא מושקעת, ירקות לא טריים, חצי שעה תור לחביתה, חצי שעה תור לקבל קפה גבינות ומאפים ללא הסבר איזה גבינות כמה אחוז ומאפים מה יש בתוכם.
המלון מרוחק 15 דק הליכה מירידה לים. אם רוצים לצאת למסעדות הטובות לפחות קילומטר הליכה.
לסיכום המחיר המאד גבוה 2700₪ ל4 נפשות לא שווה את התמורה שקיבלנו. יצאנו מאוכזבים כי ציפינו שמלון שמבקש כזה מחיר גבוה התמורה תהיה מפנקת וזה היה לא יותר הרגשה ממלון 3 כוכבים עם נוף יפה
